Apologize for the shaky video, you will forgive given the jostling crowd of kids.

Jam Packed Jesus Blessed Christmas
Boxing Day calls for needful rest.
Unshamefully blessed this Christmas with plentiful presents.
Because Jesus loves Oohla me.
Thanks to everyone who thought of me while Christmas shopping, wrapped it in Christmas papers, brought a gleam to my face, and tired me out with all the unwrapping! Blessed Christmas to you!

TELC End of Year Concert
School days in 2011
ended with a feast of performances by the little ones.
Ready to fight for the nation, little soldierette!
The real star of the night was Joshua, who graduated from
Kindergarten and will be starting primary school in 2012.

Chicken Pops
So I succumbed to the chicken pox virus after it circulated around the school for one month. Thank God it was mild and I spent five days at home, without fever. To occupy me at home, Daddy bought me "Mr MEN, The Complete Collection". So here I am wading in my fifty books!

Children's Day
Can you believe I stayed at home?!
Mummy only realised at 5pm that it was Children's Day party in school. She was so disappointed when I had to miss the West Coast Park outing, and she was closed to tears when she totally forgot it was Children's Day and kept me home while I am recovering.

West Coast Park
Counting down, day by day, to the day of my first outing with the school to West Coast Park to celebrate Children's Day! I sprung up in the morning and exclaimed, "Hurry up, the school bus is going to leave!" I wore anything I was told to wear, school uniform, socks, sports shoes, the whole outdoor works. Instead of driving me to school. I headed for KK hospital. : ( Boo...

Mid Autumn Festival
In preparation for the
mid autumn festival celebration in school,
we made a trip to Chinatown.
In the scorching sun no less.
As usual, I was an enthusiastic bunny during the performance.
And this time, I did not cry!
Me and my uber proud parents.

Goodbye Crocs
Regret having to blog this entry.
Despite reading about it in the papers, watching it on the news, hearing personal experiences, we continued to wear Crocs.
This evening, my purple Mary Jane Crocs got caught in the escalator while I was alongside Daddy. Thank God it slipped out of my feet and i was not injured. Existing Crocs will remain as school indoor shoes, or garden wear.

Coins Please?
While egg machines are once in a while treat,
the snacks vending machine in school is a weekly treat.
A pact was made with my parents. I get to go to the vending machine to choose anything I want. Every Monday. Only Monday. My favourites are cheezels and twisties. Absolute junk. But we love it. The good that comes out of this is, I learn to count coins, read the alphabets and numbers combination. Woohoo, I look forward to Mondays!

Self Potrait
Annual parent teacher meeting.
Level N1
All feedbacks were positive. It made me wonder if they only tell the good. Til I overheard a teacher telling my friend's mummy that she needs to make more effort with numbers recognising. The highlight of the meeting was my english teacher pointing to my self potrait. With my reflection in tthe mirror, i drew a portrait with clean strokes, great structure, curls and the widest smile. : )
Well Done!
